“New Step" is a Edu-Tech organization, where we are assisting the school student to boost their motivation and morale. To make it successful we are doing a scholarship test among the students in district wise to develop their competitive attitude and to make them aware about the different educational curriculum since 3 years. Here the we are trying to establish relation between the students as well as the teacher and the parents for the overall development. Now we are restricted with ourselves with the one district only but it is our goal to cover the whole state with some innovative concept.  We are also doing some workshops regarding the current problem of the students as well as providing them the solutions.

 After completing my educational career with a Master degree in Statistics And Management, I began my corporate career with Bajaj Allianz LIC and SBI Life, Starting as a sales manager and later advancing to Branch Manger,  I then transitioned into a a Training Manager role, focusing on skill development.

After 20 years in the corporate sector, I moved to academia as an Assistant professor in MBA , with an Management College affiliated with Biju Pattanaik University of Technology,Odisha. In my career with MBA, I used to teach the subject like OB, HR & Marketing, POM, ED. To enhance my expertise, I completed different  certification courses through NPTEL.

With experienece in both corporate marketing,Training and academia, it has been recognized that people those who are coming for the job as well as for education, they are coming by Chance not by their Choice. though they are not coming with their particular interest and personality they are not doing the job as well as the Eduacation properly. Also there is a gap between industry needs and education.  To bridge this , with the assistance of like mind people, we set an Edu-Tech organization as "New Step" to assist the student from the school level to their professional career and also at their mid career level.  we  teches the student, also providing the career guidance scientifically.
